Overview

FanWeave brings affiliate marketing, social sharing and reward-oriented events together in a single platform. Brands create and manage campaigns, track online visibility and watch real engagement unfold, while every customer interaction feeds straight into the numbers that matter: visits, referrals, conversions, sign-ups and calls to action. We designed and built it across web and mobile, with a web portal for campaign owners and a React Native app for the people taking part.

The challenge

Turning social activity into measurable marketing

Affiliate marketing, social sharing and rewards each come with their own data and their own quirks. The challenge was to merge them into one coherent platform where every share, referral and sign-up could be tracked accurately and reported back as genuine business insight. It had to scale with growing campaigns and audiences, stay reliable under load, and feel effortless for both campaign owners on the web and participants on their phones.

Our approach

Research first, then build

We began by mapping the full journey, from a brand launching a campaign to a fan sharing it and the resulting visits, referrals and conversions flowing back in. We chose the MERN stack for its scalability, dependable data performance and adaptability, pairing the web portal with a React Native app for participants. Google Analytics powers reporting and business insight, Stripe handles subscriptions and packages, and a full AWS cloud setup with CI/CD keeps the platform scalable and quick to ship, all delivered through agile scrum with constant feedback.
